Home sales in Red Hook NY rose in June. In the town, the average and median prices came in lower when compared to June 2020, however the opposite was true in the village.
Home sales rose in Red Hook NY during May 2021
Home sales in Red Hook rose during May 2021. Both average and median prices were also up, and the most expensive sale came in at $2,800,000.

After being cooped up inside due to the pandemic, it was so nice to see Spring and all the new growth. Running a quick errand in Germantown on Saturday, I could not resist going by the Hudson River, and as usual, it was worth it.
