The market update for Red Hook NY home sales in May 2021 single-family detached homes showed ten homes sold, three more than in May 2020. This year the Sale Price to List Price was ninety-nine percent.
In May, the average sale price of $759,250 came in higher than the same time last year when it was $290,071. A median sale price of $514,750 this May was up from $254,000 in May 2020.
Homes sold ranged in price from $298,000 to $2,800.000, these were built between 1856 and 2021 with three to five bedrooms and square feet from 1,508 to 4,875
