Sales up for Rhinebeck NY real estate in May 2021
Rhinebeck NY real estate in May 2021 update revealed six sales, three more than in May 2020. These homes had a sale price to list price of ninety-six percent.
Both the average and median sales price came in higher than in May 2020. The average sale price this year was $1,012,167 compared to $448,667 at the same time last year. A median sale price of $812,000 was recorded this May while $460,000 for May 2020.
Homes sold ranged in price from $585,000 to $2,190,000; these were built between 1820 and 2017. The smallest house had 2,174 square feet and the largest had 6,240
It was worth noting that homes sold at an average of 93 days compared to 174 days last May.

Three homes went under contract, priced between $575,000 and $1,995,000. These homes were built between 1890 and 2005 with square feet between 2,085 and 4,424.
