Homes sold during the month ranged in price from  $,175,000 to $2,500,000, built between 1800-2022 with square feet from 640 to 5,958

There were  7 transactions over a million dollars, with prices ranging from $1,425,000 to $2,550,000

The average sale price of  $511,444 rose 6.4 percent when compared to $480,845 at the same time last year.

A  median sale price this November of $418,000 was up 2.6 percent over the $407,500 in November 2021.

Homes sold were on the market an average of 72 days this November, up 4.3 percent from November 2021 when the days on market were 69 days.

The units sold ranged from $49,000 to $600,000.  These were 1-to-4-bedroom units built between 1958 and  2013 with square feet from 835 to 3047
