Red Hook NY January 2022 home sales

The Red Hook NY January 2022 home sales came in at four which was five less than the nine sales recorded for the same time last year.  These homes had a Sale Price to List Price of one hundred and thirty-nine percent with all four homes selling above list price.  One home sold over a million dollars above list price, it was also the most expensive sale in Dutchess County in January.

Homes sold ranged in price from $ 342,000 to $3,150,000 and were built between 1930 and 2009 with two to four bedrooms and square feet from 879 to 4,338.

Home Price In January 2022

In January 2022 the average Red Hook sale price was $1,068,100 compared to $460,767 In January 2021.  This was due to the one multi-million-dollar sale.


A median home sale price of $390,200 was higher than the $315,000 for January 2021.

These homes were on the market an average of 43 days down from the 83 days during the same period last year.

Other market activities in January 2022

 Three homes were added to the inventory ranging in price from $879,900 to $3,325,000.   Built between 1900 and 2022, these four and five-bedroom homes had square feet from 2,305 to 4,002.

Two homes received offers, one was built in 2018 with square feet of 3,400 and priced at $1,345,000.,  the other from 1985 with square feet of 4085 and priced at $685,000.

One home went under contract, priced at $475,000 and was built in 1974  with square feet of 1,968 and priced at $475,000

The Village of Red Hook NY Home Sales In January 2022

In the village, there were two sales, one a four-bedroom house from 1965 with square feet of 2,210 and priced at $415,000. The other, also a four-bedroom house built in 1872 with square feet from 2,044  and priced at $590,000.
