Red Hook NY April 2022 home sales at two was four less than the same time last year.  The homes sold had a Sale Price to List Price of 103 percent with the most expensive home selling above the list price. 

One was a two-bedroom home from 1975 with square feet of 1832 which sold for $439,000.

 The other; was a three-bedroom home from 2005 with square feet of 3,220 which sold for $1,050,000.

The average Red Hook sale price in April at $ 744,500 was higher than the $594,983 recorded for the same time last year.        

These homes were on the market for an average of 101 days which was much higher than the 74 days recorded in April 2021.

Eight homes received offers, built between 1910 and 2022 with square feet from 1,252 to 4,002.  These two to five-bedroom homes were priced between 299,000 and 3,325,000.

Five homes went under contract, priced from $478,000 to $795,000, and were built between 1957 and 2019  with square feet from 1,804 to 3,600.

The Village of Red Hook NY Home Sales In April 2022

In the village, there were two sales this April compared to three in April 2021.  The sale price to list price came in at 101 percent with both homes selling above the list price.

One was a three-bedroom home from 1954 with square feet of 1,015 which sold for $316,000.

 The other; was a two-bedroom home from 1957 with square feet of 1,080 which sold for $405,000.
