Thinking of selling your home? Now is the time to act

If you are planning to sell your home, doing so sooner in the Spring could mean less competition and a higher selling price since the inventory is still low.

Buyers will also want to buy sooner than later because of economic factors which could affect their buying power.

These economic factors include inflation and the Fed interest rate hikes.  Mortgage rates have also increased.
