Purple Wood Violets are a pleasant sight in the landscape
The first time I saw the Purple Wood Violets in my garden I was a bit puzzled since I could not remember planting them.
I found out these little flowering plants would appear in April each year. I now look forward to their yearly appearance and thin them out if necessary.
Besides gardening, I also love photography so the beautiful design of the foliage appealed to me.
