Hyde Park NY March 2022 home sales at fourteen were the same number of sales in March 2021.

Homes sold had a sale price to list price of 98 percent, with five homes selling above the list price.

The single-family homes sold ranged in price from $ 175,000 to $1,483,000 and had square feet from 797 to 4079.  These homes were built between 1800 and 2002.

Average and Median Prices in March 2022

The average sale price of $ 410,136 was much higher than the $286,071 recorded in  March 2021.

 A median sale price this March of  $ 324,500 was likewise more than the $ 280,250 at the same time last year.


Homes were on the market for an average of 50 days which was lower than the 66 days for the same time last year.

Other Real Estate Activities In March 2022

Three homes were added to the Hyde Park NY homes for sale inventory. These two and three-bedroom homes ranged in price from $250,000 to $575,000 built between 1910 and 2022 with square feet from 1888 to 2500.

Twelve homes received offers, these homes had two to four bedrooms, with prices ranging from $125,000 to $ 525,000 with the smallest house  972 square feet and the largest was 2,782 square feet.  These were built between 1770 and 2009

Two homes went under contract. One was a small 630 square feet two-bedroom home from 1910  priced at $269,900.  The other was a three-bedroom home with square feet of 1375 built in 1994 and priced at $289,900.
