Hyde Park NY home sales in December 2021 at eighteen are down from thirty-five recorded in December 2020.

The homes sold had a sale price to list price of ninety-nine percent, with eleven of the eighteen homes selling above the list price.

The single-family homes sold ranged in price from $130,000 to $999,900 and consisted of two to five bedrooms with square feet from 748 to 4,659.  These homes were built between 1900 and 2014.
