Market update for Hyde Park NY November 2021 home sales

Hyde Park NY November 2021 home sales at twelve was five less than the sales recorded in November 2020.

The homes sold had a sale price to list price of 101 percent, with six of the twelve homes selling above the list price.

The single-family homes sold ranged in price from $41,000 to $845,000 and consisted of three and four bedrooms with square feet from 1,116 to 2,260.  These homes were built between 1945 and 2004.

Hyde Park NY Average and Median Prices in November 2021

The average sale price at $352,407 was higher than the $348,906 recorded in November 2020.
 
A median sale price this November of $314,000 was slightly lower than the $314,500 during the same time last year.

Homes were on the market an average of 59 days which was fewer than the 62 days for the same time last year.

Other Real Estate Activities In November 2021

Homes added to the Hyde Park NY homes for sale inventory ranged in price from $299,000 to $45,000,000 with two to five bedrooms.  These homes had square feet from 630 to 14,800 and were built between 1910 to 2009. 

The home on the Hudson River Listed at $45,000,000 is the most expensive home for sale in Dutchess County.

Fifteen homes received offers, these homes had two to four bedrooms, with prices ranging from $189,000 to $389,000, the smallest house was 752 square feet, and the largest was 2673.  These were built between 1822 and 1976.

Eleven homes went under contract, these ranged in price from $ 150,000 to $1,190,000.  These were two to five-bedroom homes with square feet from 748 to 4,659 were built between 1900 and 2014.
