Five homes were added to the home inventory in July.   These homes were priced between $199,999 and $799,000, with square feet from 1,398 to 2,823, with the oldest from 1911, and the newest to be completed in 2024

Two homes received offers, one listed at $269,000, from 1850 with square feet of 1,176.  The other was a home from 1949, priced at $275,000, with square feet of 1,260.

There were eighteen homes in contract, These homes ranged in price from $275,000 to $699,900, built between 1860 and 2006 with square footage of 797 to 2,503.
