There were fifteen transactions over a million dollars, with prices ranging from $1,050,000 to $5,600,000.

A  median sale price of $441,750 this May was up 12.9 percent over the same time last year when the median was $391,250.

Home inventory was down 19.2 this May to 505, compared to the same time last year when it was 625, It was noted that the May 2022 inventory was 123 more than that of April 2022 which is an indication of a bump in the available homes.

2021 to 190 this May.

 These were 1-to-4-bedroom units built between 1963 and 2018 with square feet from 636 to 3,126.

A median sale price of $271,750 rose 9.1 percent when compared to a  median price of $260,000 at the same time last year.
