The Rhinebeck NY home sales in September 2021 update revealed eight sales, seven less than the same time last year. Four of the eight homes sold above the list price, and the sale price to list price came in at 101 percent.
Homes sold ranged in price from $475,000 to $1,325,000, built between 1860 and 1988 with square feet of 1,200 to 3,766 with two to four bedrooms.
Multiple offers and homes selling above the list price are still a feature of this market.
