Rhinebeck NY home sales in January 2021 market update showed ten sales of single-family detached homes compared to none at the same time last year.
These homes ranged in price from $165,600 to $ 7,000,000 with Rhinebeck having four of the twelve million-dollar sales in the county. The average sale price was $1,449,940 and the median $719,400.
A sale price to list price came in at ninety-nine percent.

In January there was one offer, a four-bedroom house priced at $599,000. This home was built in 1900 with square feet of 2174.
Five homes priced between $259,900 to $885,000 went under contract. These one and three-bedroom homes were built between 1910-2015. The smallest house was 876 square feet and the largest 2250.

Four homes sold in the Village of Rhinebeck during January, this was three more than the same time last year. These homes were priced between $395,000 and $620,000. Built between 1858 and 2006 the homes had square feet from 1434 to 2308. A sale price to list price of ninety nine percent was recorded
The average sale price of $467,625 was more than twice that of the same time last year (see table below) and the median sale price came in at $442,000.

One house received an offer, priced at $624,000. This house was built in 1867 with square feet of 1917.
There were three homes under contract. Built between 1900 and 1931 with square feet from 860 to 4,000, these two to five-bedroom homes were priced between $350,000 to $3,000,000.
