The market update for Rhinebeck NY home sales in February 2022 showed two homes sold compared to eight in February 2021.  The sale price to list price came in at 103 percent since one house sold above the list price.

One of the houses sold for $787,000, it had square feet of 2,664 and was built in 2000. The other was an antique home from 1880 with square feet of 2,139 it sold for $835,000 which was above the list price

The average sale price came in at $ 811,000 this February was lower than the $999,562  for the same time last year.   

Homes were on the market an average of  22 days before selling down from 131 days in February 2021.

In the Village of Rhinebeck NY during February 2022 two homes sold compared to four in February 2021.  The sale price to list price came in at 103 percent since one house sold above the list price.

One of the homes sold for $535,000, it had square feet of 1,808 and was built in 1975. The other was an antique home from 1860 with square feet of 3000 it sold for $1,020,000 which was above the list price

The average sale price of $777,500 this February was lower than the $838,500 recorded for last February.

Homes were also on the fewer days this February, 40 versus 118 days.
