Home sales rose for Red Hook NY July 2021 real estate
The Red Hook NY July 2021 real estate update for single-family detached homes at twelve sales was twice that of the same time last year. A sale price to list price of 101 percent was recorded, and the data showed four of the twelve sales came in higher than the list price.
An average sale price of $466,225 was much higher than the $347,833 recorded in July 2020.
The median sale price of $438,500 was also an improvement over the $340,500 for July 2020.
Homes sold ranged in price from $223,000 to $959,000, these were built between 1820 and 2007 with three to four bedrooms and square feet from 1,008 to 3,048.
The average number of days a home was on the market before selling was 69 days compared to 148 last July.
