Red Hook NY home sales in February 2021

The real estate market report for Red Hook NY home sales in February 2021 showed two single-family detached homes sold, the same as in February 2020. 

These homes, however, were in a higher price range.  One home sold above list price.  As a result, the sale price to list price came in at 101 percent. 

One of the two homes was built in 1964, it was a four-bedroom home with square feet  of 2163.  The other, a three bedroom home built in 1712 with square feet of 2477.


This year the homes sold were on the market 127 fewer days.

Five homes received offers, ranging in price from $299,000 to $495,000.  The homes were built between 1954 and 2004 with square feet from 925 to 3,400.

Two homes went under contract.  One house was from 1880 with square feet of 4,325 and priced at $879,000.   The other from 2007 with square feet of 2,480 and priced at $895,000.

The Village of Red Hook NY home sales in February 2021

In the Village of Red Hook two homes sold, this was the same as in February 2020 although the homes were priced higher this February.

The sale price to list price of these two homes was ninety five percent.

One 1955 home priced at $539,000 had three bedrooms and square feet of 2316.  The other priced at $639,000, built in 1868 came with seven bedrooms and square feet of 5000.
