Red Hook NY home sales in January 2021 update showed six sales, three more than the same time last year. Homes were on the market for one hundred and thirty-three days compared to sixty-four in January 2020. The homes sold ranged in price from $ 288,400 to $900,000 with a sale price to list price of ninety-eight percent.
Last January the average sale price was $241,333 compared to $526,400 in January 2021. The median sales price in January 2020 was $256,000 which came in lower than the $482,000 recorded this January.
These homes were built between 1952 and 2009 with three and four bedrooms, and square feet from 1136 to 4000
