A review of Red Hook March 2021 home sales

Red Hook March 2021 home sales update showed five homes sold,  which was the same as last March.  The homes sold this March were built between 1880 and 1995, with 1,056 to 4,325 square feet and three and four bedrooms. An average sale price to list price came in at ninety-eight percent, with one home selling above list.

At $443,800, the average sale price was less than the $506,500 recorded for last March.

On the other hand, the median sale price of $382,000 was higher than the $300,000 for the same time last year.

Ten homes priced between $229,000 and $869.000 received offers. These homes were built between 1830 and 2000 with three and four bedrooms and square feet from 968 to 4875

Seven homes went under contract, priced from $ 399,000 to $559,000.  These three to five bedroom homes were built between 1820 and 2021 with square feet from 1,900 to 3,400

In the Village of Red Hook during March there were two sales compared to none the same time last year.  The sale price to list price came in at ninety eight percent. 

One home was built in 1900 and had square feet of 1,776, the other from 1953  with square feet of 2,256,

Three homes were added to the inventory of Red Hook Village homes for sale.  These two and three bedroom homes built between 1927 and 1965 ranged in price from $329,000 to $493,000 with the smallest house having 1498 square feet and the largest 3,200
