Rhinebeck NY home sales in January 2022

The report for Rhinebeck NY January 2022 home sales revealed 8  sales compared to 16 last January.  Half of the homes sold above list price, and the sale price to list price came in at 100 percent. 

Homes sold ranged in price from $210,000 to $ 1,300,000, built between 1944 and 2020 with square feet of 1,224 to 2,908  and two to four bedrooms.

Average and Median Sale Prices and Days on Market.

The average sale price came in at $625,612 this January compared to $1,144,619 at the same time last year. 

  This January the median sale price of $460,000 was lower than the $540,250 recorded during the same time last year.

Days on the market at 98 were higher than the 60 days in January 2021.

Other Real Estate Activities During January 2022

Two homes were added to the inventory, a two-bedroom house built in 1904 with square feet of 1,060 and priced at $275,000, the other, a three-bedroom house from 1898 with square feet of 1610 and priced at $1,150,000.

There were three homes with accepted offers, these ranged in price from $387,500 to $499,000, built between 1952 and 1993 with square feet from 1941 to 2,496.

A three-bedroom home built in 1975 went under contract.  This  3,780 square feet home was priced at $1,375,000.
