Eight transactions sold for over a million dollars, with prices ranging from $1,151,000 to $1,945,000.

At $480,845 the average sale price fell 3.9 percent when compared to $500,395 at the same time last year
The median price of $407,500 this November was up 7.2 percent higher than last November when the median price was $380,000.
Inventory and Purchase Offers in November 2021
Dutchess homes Inventory continues to decline, at 493 this November it was down 48.2 percent when compared to an inventory of 962 in November 2020.
Purchase offers decreased by 36.2 percent going from 365 in November 2020 to 233 this November.
The absorption rate (the time it would take to work off the present inventory) was 2.87 months this November compared to 3.5 months last November.

At that time there were 56 sales versus 54 this November. Units sold ranged from $ 57,000 to $940,000. These units were built between 1868 and 2020 with square feet from 650 to 3634.
Median and Average prices of attached homes in November 2021
The attached home average sale price of $287,004 rose 1.3 percent compared to the $283,247 recorded in November 2020.
A median sale price of $231,000 was 10.1 percent less than the median price of $257,000 last November.
