Home sales in Hyde Park NY rose in June
The Hyde Park NY home sales in June 2021 update showed twenty single-family detached homes sold compared to eleven last June. A sale price to list price of 103 percent was not a surprise since eleven of the twenty sales were above list price.
At $449,725 the average sale price was significantly higher than the $221,458 recorded for the same time last year.
The median sale price of $312,375 was also higher than that of the same time last year when it was $225,000
Homes took an average of 37 days to sell, which was an improvement over the 86 days for June 2020
The homes sold ranged in price from $145,250 to $ 2,600,000 and consisted of two to four bedrooms with square feet from 807 to 4,875. These homes were built between 1900 and 2006.

With that many offers and homes under contract the trend is for increase sales in the coming months.
