Six homes sold above the list price which made up for those selling below the list price.
The average sale price of $288,299 this January came in higher than that of January 2020 when the average sale price was $270,600. A median sale price of $252,750 was lower than the $263,000 recorded in January 2020.
Homes were on the market sixty-three days, this was thirteen days fewer than the same time last year.
