Market update for Hyde Park NY home sales in May 2022

Hyde Park NY May 2022 home sales at nine was ten less than the 19 recorded for the same time last year.

Homes sold had a sale price to list price of 103 percent, with five homes selling above the list price.

The single-family homes sold ranged in price from $285,000 to $457,000 and had square feet from 972 to 2,359.  These homes were built between 1931 and 1977.

The average sale price of $343,722 was slightly lower than the $344,102 recorded in May 2021.
 
A median sale price this May of $339,000 was more than the $320,500 at the same time last year.

Homes were on the market an average of 64 days which was less than the 85 days for the same time last year.
