Dutchess County NY March 2022 home sales of single-family detached homes fell 16.8 percent, going from 190 in March 2021 to 158  this March.   Homes sold during the month ranged in price from  $125,000 to $12,000,000 built between 1840 and 2021 with square feet from 600 to 7,542.

There were ten transactions over a million dollars, with prices ranging from $1,070,000 to $12,000,000.

At $534,350 the average sale price rose 1.6 percent when compared to $526,118 at the same time last year.
A  median price of $407,900 this March was up 14 percent over the same time last year when the median was $357,750.

The inventory was down 45.1 percent, compared to last March when the inventory came in at 612. It was 336 this March.

Purchase offers decreased by 30.3 percent going from 264  in March 2021 to 184 this March.

 These units were built between 1910 and 2021 with square feet from 800 to 2,510
