The units sold ranged from $45,950 to $375,000.  These were 1-to-3-bedroom units built between 1945 and  2006 with square feet from 600 to 1,898

Median and average prices for attached homes in January 2023

 The attached homes average sale price of $247,598 in January fell 18.2 percent when compared to $302,626 recorded for the same time last year.

The median sale price of $250,450 fell 4.1 percent compared to the $261,250 recorded for January 2022

Inventory rose 9.8 percent to 67 this January when compared to 61 for the same time last year.

Purchase offers at 17 this January fell 59.5 percent when compared to 42 purchase offers for the same time last year.
