A look at Rhinebeck NY real estate November 2017 update
Data for the Rhinebeck NY real estate November 2017 market update revealed four fewer sales than in November 2016 when there were seven sales, and, the sale price to list price came in at 89 percent.
At the same time, both the average and median selling price came in higher this year as shown in the chart below.
Homes sold ranged in price from $288,000 to $610,000 and were built between 1850 and 1988. The most expensive house was the smallest, with square footage of 1406, while the other two sales were over 2000 square feet.

The homes listed during the month were in the luxury price range. The least expensive house wa priced at $689,000 and the most expensive $3,100,000.
Two homes received offers. One house built in 1970 with square footage of 1768 was priced at $285,000. The other home was priced at $439,999, built in 1968 with square footage of 3500.
Four homes went under contract, these had a price range from $133,000 to $3,400,000. The homes were built between 1860 and 2005, with square footage from 850 to 6000.
