Home sales in Dutchess  County  NY in August 2023 fell by 13.2 percent compared to August 2022.   This August, 171 homes were sold, whereas 197  homes were sold last August.

The current sales dollar volume fell 15.9 percent to $ 88,158,183 compared to $104,786,524 at the same time last year.

Of the single-family detached homes sold, six sold above a million dollars.  The price range of all the sales was $65,000 to $3,200,000.  Built between 1860 and 2023, these homes had square feet from 390 to 6,822.

Dutchess  County  NY attached home sales in August 2023 fell 38 percent going from 50 in August 2022 to 31 this August.

The current sales dollar volume fell 24.3 percent to $10,859,600, compared to $14,336,686 in August 2022.

Homes sold during this period had a wide range of prices, starting from $60,000 and going up to $850,000.

These homes were built between 1940 and 2022 with square feet of these homes varying from 1,800 to 2,217 square feet.
